The last in the 2017 Power of Diversity breakfast series comes to a close on Tuesday 31st October when we will discuss ‘Dynamic, flexible and agile working – it’s the future.’  Generously sponsored and hosted by Barclays, “the power of diversity events are not about chat… they are about showcasing solutions that businesses adapt and implement for their own organisations. Despite the talent shortage increasing year on year, organisations are failing to adapt to meet the needs of both current and future employees, hence falling short in both retention and recruitment.

With the Lord Mayor, Alderman Dr Andrew Parmley in attendance and chaired by Mark McLane, Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Barclays, the breakfast will share insights and success stories from experts on the subject, including how agile working doesn’t just mean remote working. Hear about what is and isn’t agile working as well as what works and what doesn’t with practical applications from Barclays who have changed their organisational culture and individual mind sets.
