Breakfast series

We all know that there is a strong business case for having a diverse and inclusive workplace but critically, it is simply the right thing to do.

Building on the success of previous years, Power of Diversity 2017 will provide practical tips and tools by focussing on the key challenges and priorities identified across recruitment, retention and developing talent. It is tailored for both business leaders and HR/Diversity professionals.

It’s not a talk shop

Diversity & Inclusion is now a business performance imperative, it is not about being ‘nice’.

The breakfasts provide an opportunity to showcase real life success stories, collaborate, gather new ideas and provide tools to enable members to implement learnings within their own businesses.

The Lord Mayor will attend each breakfast and will be joined by expert panellists, practitioners and thought leaders who are equally committed to creating an inclusive, healthy, skilled and fair City.

At a ‘Marketplace’ event (based on a speed networking concept) companies will hear bite-sized presentations from experts and practitioners that can provide help, support and solutions to their diversity and inclusion challenges.
