Power of Inclusion Workshop: Building Powerful Partnerships

The next event in the Power of Inclusion Social Mobility Workshop Series is on Thursday 12th March.

Employers across the City of London are already driving meaningful progress on social mobility through accessible work experience programmes, inclusive recruitment practices, and initiatives that build belonging. Strengthening partnerships between employers, schools, charities and community organisations is essential for reaching those who face the greatest barriers and for increasing access to opportunity.

This action-focused workshop will explore how organisations can collaborate more effectively across sectors and industries. Through examples of successful partnerships, we will examine how cross-organisational partnerships are breaking down barriers, unlocking potential, and creating career opportunities that open pathways into the City. Participants will leave with practical insights to strengthen partnerships and accelerate meaningful change.
