This Is Me Event: Managing with Compassion

How can managers balance their role in leading high performing teams and providing pastoral care?

Our next This Is Me in-person event takes place on 26 February, kindly hosted by PwC.                                                                                                                             

Through a panel discussion and interactive peer discussion, we will examine how managers navigate performance, risk and responsibility while supporting the wellbeing of their teams.

The discussion will focus on:

• Best practices for balancing pastoral care with business demands
• Common obstacles that make this balance difficult
• How compassion shows up in real decisions, where it becomes blurred or misunderstood, and how leaders can care for people without lowering standards or overstepping boundaries.
