Each year our team works across our four exciting thought leadership initiatives, to help change workplace cultures and address the most pressing societal issues in London and beyond.
Alongside our programmes we organise a whole range of events which raise money for our supported charities and good causes.
This year we are looking for three new people to join our friendly and supportive team. The roles we are recruiting for are Head of Programmes, Corporate Partnerships Manager and a Programme Manager.

Head of Programmes
The Head of Programmes will be responsible for delivery our 2022-2024 strategy and be accountable for the delivery, development and evaluation of our programmes across 3 strategy areas; mental health, diversity & inclusion, and skills, as well as scoping new programmes and partnerships to expand our reach and impact, with a focus on ED&I, sustainability and climate action.
Corporate Partnerships Manager
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will develop and execute an annual Corporate Partners Plan that outlines how TLMA will maximise income and strategic impact from the corporate sector, through new business and existing relationships.
