We Can Be is a unique programme aimed at inspiring young women by showcasing the diverse range of careers available in the City of London, while equipping them with essential career-ready skills. Now in its ninth year, this series of workshops and events empowers young women to view the City as a viable career path, empowering them make informed decisions about their futures.

Through engagement with participating City businesses, We Can Be offers young women the opportunity to discover and enhance their existing skills, build confidence, and understand how these abilities translate to the workplace. The programme fosters ambition, provides valuable exposure to women excelling in City careers, and offers real-life insight into the professional world.
