1 May What does it really mean to belong at work?
13 May at 12:30pm-1:15pm
Walking & Talking Green Ribbon Walk with MQ Mental Health Research
On Thursday 13 May at 12.30pm MQ Mental Health Research and The Lord Mayor’s Appeal will team up to host a Green Ribbon walk through the City starting at Mansion House.
Part of This is Me's Mental Health Awareness Week campaign, the walk will last around 45 minutes and will support MQ’s walking and talking campaign.
The aim is for businesses across the City community to encourage staff to get out of the office, talk, walk and raise funds for mental health research.
It will also be a chance to walkers to learn more about This is Me from The Lord Mayor's Appeal team and wear their green ribbons to help end the stigma of talking about mental health in the workplace. Green ribbons will be available to purchase.
MQ staff will also be on hand to share stories, facts and info on the latest mental health research and the benefits of walking and talking. Any funds raised will be doubled by The Lord Mayor’s Appeal.
