City Stories: Blenheim Chalcot

Why are you supporting City Giving Day? 

We want to bring the energy and enthusiasm of the 3000 staff from across the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio together to focus our skills, time and fundraising efforts on supporting causes that matter. City Giving Day is a great opportunity to make a difference whilst also having some fun!

Which charities or communities do you support? 

We support many charitable activities close to our hearts including the British Asian Trust, The Royal Foundation and Charity Digital Trust. This year we are particularly focused on supporting OnSide Youth Zones to build and run 4 new spaces that will transform the lives of young people in London.

How will you celebrate City Giving Day? 

We have some great activities planned, including a pub quiz and some sporting challenges which we hope all staff will get involved with. We should also have a visit from some of the young people from our OnSide Youth Zone in Barking and Dagenham, who we’re sure will give Blenheim Chalcot staff a run for their money on the sports challenges we have planned!

Which charity are you supporting, why are you supporting it? 

OnSide Youth Zones improves young people’s futures by building places for young people to go, with positive things to do, staffed by people who care, seven days a week.
