This is... Justine

“I am the Inclusion & Diversity Manager at Baker & McKenzie in London. I am a proud mother of two beautiful and funny boys. I have three cats. I have a creative streak and enjoy DIY.

In January 2016, I was named Stonewall’s Workplace Ally of the Year. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and I have self harmed on and off for more than ten years.

I want to share my story because I believe, by doing this collectively, we can reduce the stigma associated with mental health. I felt I could not encourage others to share their stories without being brave enough to share my own.”

Justine has led the campaign at Baker & McKenzie and shared her personal mental health story with employees.
