Power of Inclusion Social Mobility Workshop Series: Inclusive Hybrid Working Practices

The next event in the Power of Inclusion Social Mobility Workshop Series on Thursday 25th September will explore ‘Inclusive Hybrid Working Practices’.

This workshop will explore the intersection of social mobility and hybrid working practices. We’ll delve into how flexible work arrangements can both create opportunities and present new challenges, highlighting how overlapping aspects of identity shape workplace experiences. This session will equip you with practical strategies to help your organisation foster a more inclusive and equitable working environment.

This free-to-attend practical session has been developed with the private sector in mind and is suitable for senior leaders, DEI champions, HR professionals and social mobility experts. You will also have the opportunity to network with other professionals focused on progressing social mobility in their businesses. It will be chaired by Dan Robertson, Director of FAIRER Consulting and chair of the Power of Inclusion Senior Leadership Forum.

Expert insights and roundtable discussions with peers will support the following aims:

  • Understand the relationship between social mobility and hybrid working practices
  • Explore how organisations can create inclusive working environments

A panel discussion will address the following perspectives:
