The Lord Mayor’s Appeal Golf Day took place on Monday 17th September at Moor Park Golf Club in Hertfordshire, organised by The Worshipful Company of Chartered Accountants.

The participating 17 teams, mostly from livery companies, enjoyed a beautiful day out on the High Course. After a great round out on the 18-hole course, a drinks reception was held in the club house followed by a sumptuous 3-course lunch with a speech from The Lord Mayor followed by a prize giving ceremony. Congratulations to the Worship Company of International Bankers for winning the competition, Information Technologists for second place and Tallow Chandlers for third place.

The Lord Mayor’s Appeal would like to express sincere thank yous to The Worshipful Company of Chartered Accountants - in particular Michael Hardman and Peter Dickinson - for organising the golf day. Thank you also to everyone who attended, donated auction prizes or supported the event in another way.
