22 April Celebrating The Duke of Edinburgh’s incredible legacy through the DofE
Call My Wine Bluff Dinner
On Friday 27th February our three bluffers, the Lord Mayor Alderman William Russell, Dame Penelope Wilton and David Gower, and Master of Ceremonies Alderman Sir Andrew Parmley, took to the stage at Mansion House for our competitive Call My Wine Bluff Dinner, which was a huge success!
The array of wine tasting activities, quizzes and bluffing amusement kept our 220 guests entertained as they enjoyed a sumptuous 3-course dinner. The evening also involved a silent auction and a live auction conducted by Lord Dalmeny from Sotheby's with a number of fantastic auction lots on offer.
Many thanks to all of our generous guests, we are very grateful for your attendance and donations which will go towards our four incredible charity partners: Place2Be, OnSide Youth Zones, Samaritans and The Duke of Edinburgh's Award. A further thanks to all that helped to organise the event or donated wine or auction prizes.
